Dr. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon is Professor at the Institute of Education, University of London, and Chair of Education Economics and International Development. Awarded a doctorate in economics by Oxford University, Dr. Kingdon is a former research fellow of the World Bank and lecturer at Bristol University. Moreover she is an advisor to the Union ministry of human resource development as well as DFID, European Union, and the World Bank.
